Searching Flatmate For Three Bed Flat, Gray Street

My flat mate and I are currently looking for a flatmate to join us in a three bed flat on Gray street, in the west end of Glasgow.

About the flat

3rd floor unfurnished flat (no lift, but that means you don't have to worry about a gym membership!) which has recently been refurbished.
3 bedrooms, a lounge, one bathroom with shower (no bath tub sorry!), and a large kitchen/dinning room with all white goods included.

The boring part about the price

We are looking to sign for this flat next week, after which we will need to find an extra flatmate in order to be able to afford the rent.
The rent will be 400 pcm per room, then we will also have to buy a kitchen table/sofa for the living room but hopefully we can find something cheap in a charity shop or on gum tree.
Looking to use the same electricity and gas provider which I currently use, which costs £20 per person per month (for both wifi and electricity).

Location, location, location

Located in between sauchiehall st and argyle street it is less than 5 mins walk from the University of Glasgow, less than 10 mins walk to Kelvin hall subway station and close to bus stops which can quickly take you to the city centre.

About us!

We are two female students (aged 22 and 23) who are clean, tidy but very relaxed. We are looking to find a flatmate who is quite tidy, friendly and who would enjoy relaxing in the social space of the flat with us whenever they wish. We are really looking forward to having a flat with a kitchen table in the kitchen (our current flat doesn't have a table!) so we can cook and then eat together, and we would love to find an extra flatmate who could sit down to eat with us.
We both work part time, usually week nights and weekends, but we do like to go out from time to time but we don't usually get drunk because we are poor af after Christmas.
My flatmate is Italian and I am trying to learn Italian, so if you ever hear us speaking in Italian don't worry we are not bad-mouthing about you, we are probably secretly talking about a cute guy who just walked past.
