Sad to see my flatmates move away, but life moves on what can you do. They are leaving behind a spacious double bedroom with brilliant lighting and ample storage (mad right?). Anyway, I am looking for someone to take on their share of the lease.
It's a two bedroom ground floor flat, just beside the cricket club in Partick (free entertainment in summer). All amenities are within walking distance. Well connected through the Partick station and subway.
Double glazed windows, fully furnished with all modcons, including tumble drier. Electric heating and council tax band E, but despite these, quite economical. With bills and council tax, the total comes to around £550-560.
You will be sharing a well-equipped kitchen and a well-lighted living room(great for people watching). And you will be sharing it with me, a quite and tidy research nerd working with the University of Strathclyde. I work near the airport, so I am away 9 to 6 on weekdays (when the world isn't going through a pandemic), but I'm up for some socialising in the evening or weekends. Anything else just ask.
