Hi there!

I am looking for a flatmate for the other room in my 2 bedroom flat in the West End of Glasgow, as my current flatmate is graduating.

The flat itself is ideally situated for anyone based in the West End or who is looking for good transport links into the city centre. It is 5min walk from Kelvinbridge Subway, 5min walk from Byres Road and Hillhead Subway, 3min from Glasgow University and 2min away from Kelvingrove Park.

The flat itself is 2 bedrooms, with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The room itself comes furnished with a day bed (that can be pulled out to make a double bed if required), bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

I'm looking for a flatmate who is tidy and relaxed. I work shifts as part of my university degree so coming home to a chilled flat is ideal. I like to socialise too, mostly going to the pub with friends, but also enjoy quiet nights in.
