I have an en-suite double bedroom available in my ideally located West End flat!

Bedroom:
This bedroom is the largest in the flat, and contains a double bed, desk, desk chair, chest of drawers and double fitted wardrobes. It is en-suite. It has just been decorated and is looking beautiful if I do say so myself!

The flat:
The flat is located on the 1st floor of a modern building with secure door entry, only a stones throw from the university. It is a short 2 minute walk from Byres Road and Great Western Road. It is obviously ideally located for the university but is perfect for transport links in to the city centre also. There is a dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen, and a large fridge/freezer.

About me:
I am a 24 year old postgraduate law student at the University of Glasgow, and have lived in the flat for a few years now. I’m a laid back and approachable person, and I have a busy lifestyle. In my spare time I like chilling in the flat, going to the gym and going for brunch with friends. I would love for someone similar minded to move in!

I’m looking for a female between 22 and 35 to take the room. I hate a messy flat and would expect flatmates to contribute to keeping the communal areas of the flat clean and tidy. Also, if you are looking for somewhere to throw parties, this is not the flat for you I’m afraid!

Please note as well that there will be a wee cat 🐈 living in the flat as of September!

The details:
The bills included in the rental amount are: gas, electricity, tv license, sky broadband, sky tv. Amazon fire stick in the living room tv with access to prime video and Netflix etc, as well as sky movies.
