Double bedroom en suite in finnieston

My name is Sonia and I’m a 4th year music student at the Royal conservatoire. I’m looking for a flatmate for this beautiful flat in finnieston next to Kelvingrove museum. It’s a modern building with floor heating and double glazed windows. The room I’m renting out is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, built in wardrobes and double bed. The rest of the flat consists of another double bedroom, a fully equipped big living room/kitchen space with TV, dining table, sofa and bar chairs and a bathroom with bathtub. The flat is perfectly located with a lot of shops, pubs and restaurants just around the corner. It’s next to the kelvingrove museum and kelvingrove park and only 10minutes walking distance from University of Glasgow. Kelvinhall subway station is only 7min walk away and outside the house there are bus stops with buses going to the city centre (10min), southside and all around the city. The heating and energy bill will be split between us and the price depends on how much we use but usually it’s around 50£ maximum per person (incl. WiFi).
