Looking for a flatmate from 1 July, no deposit required just first months rent and bills due upfront.
The flat is in an old tenement building with 2 double bedrooms, large kitchen/lounge and shared bathroom. The bedroom comes furnished with double bed, couch, desk, and there is separate good sized walk-in cupboard with large chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Rent is £400 a month, and that includes all bills. The flat is in a great location on Byres Rd, just minutes from Glasgow Uni and a short walk from Kelvinhall station.
I’m currently a postgrad student at Glasgow Uni, and would prefer living with another student. I’m fairly quiet and clean, but enjoy a night out from time to time when I’m not playing rugby.
