My flatmate is sadly leaving at the end of the month.

The Location : Partick : 2 min walk to Partick train, subway and bus station. For groceries, within five min walk maximum you have Morrissons, Lidl, Mark and Spencer and Sainsbury. You are a short walk from Glasgow Uni and Byres Road where you will find plenty of bars and shopping and on your way there on Dumbarton road.

The place : Really large flat on the first floor of a tenement building. Bright spacious shared living room with bay windows, fully equipped kitchen, with oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and washing/dryer. Shared clean bathroom with bathtub. We also enjoy a shared terrasse on the back of the building.

Your room : Cosy double room, with a double bed, bookshelves and large wardrobe. Your room is at the back of the property so it is pretty quiet and you can see our shared terrasse.

Current flatmate: I am a 31 years old woman, I am self-employed and work from home. I love any outdoors activities and to cook for friends. I am friendly but also need some quiet time alone when I am working and so will respect your privacy. I am clean and tidy.

New flatmate : I am looking for a mature person who is friendly and love to socialize but can understand we all need some alone time as well. Someone to share activities will be a plus but not essential. I need the person to be clean and tidy especially in the common areas.
