We're looking for some chill to take a spare room off our hands, it's a single room with a queen bed and furniture available.
We have quite a nice shared living room and a small but sufficient kitchen and bathroom.
Flat is right next to Glasgow Uni and all local amenities. The area is amazing.
There'll be council tax to contribute towards as we're not students the flat won't qualify for exemption.
Our agency will require the standard application materials/process with you including a deposit and reference.
