Spectacular Botanic Gardens location

This is a very special place. It on the top floor of a tenement over looking the botanic gardens and beyond. Only a few steps away from the west end and all that but offers.
The room available is very large and facing out across the botanic gardens. It's a magical place for a short term stay. 1 to 3 months.
There is a living room and a large south facing dining kitchen.
Steve aka pops, is the regular flatmate. He is a unique and inspiring person, although technically a retired studio musician from LA, he works teaching in the conservatoire by day and is active in the vibrant Trad music scene by night. Everyone loves him and he possibly best described as a cross between woody Alan and Kermit the frog.
Michelle lives in th either room and is a busy local artist.
All bills are included including a cleaning lady once a week to keep communal areas tip top.
Our friends have been living there the past few years but have just bought a place of their own round the corner. It's really a wonderful place, I lived there for 10 happy years before moving to the country, I still own it and bob by sometimes to catch the city. There is a box room for occasional guests. We are looking for a grounded, active and independent person to share with.
