Two double rooms available in lovely Finnieston flat, close to restaurants and shops, and a stone’s throw from Kelvingrove Park.

The flat has a large south-facing living room, kitchen with a lovely traditional snug with homemade wooden seats and table, bathroom, large hallway, and three bedrooms. The living room and bathroom have recently been redecorated.

There are two double bedrooms available currently. Both rooms are a similar size and have a double bed, one room also has a desk. You'd be welcome to bring furniture with you if you wished. Both rooms are available from the 1st June.

The flat is on the second floor of a traditional tenement block so unfortunately it is not accessible for anyone with mobility issues.

You'll be sharing with Lewis (he/him) who's 35 and works as a filmmaker/dancer, and another new flatmate who will join at the same time as you. I definitely prefer a quiet night in over a night out these days! and the vibe in the flat has always been pretty chill and hoping to find flatmates who are similar, queer-friendly and also over 25.

Gas & electric: £40 (this will probably increase)
