This year, the flat has been completely refurbished and redecorated to a very high standard with new paintwork throughout, and new flooring in all bedrooms, hallways and stairs. It offers comfortable living for four students who like a high standard of accommodation.

Four double bedrooms, one of the bedrooms comes with an en-suite (private bathroom). Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, clothes washer and dryer.

(If you are a couple, looking for a shared room, we may be able to accommodate you, for an extra £100 per month). As a group, the cost to rent the entire flat is £2300 per month. As an individual, prices vary according to the room you choose.

Sometimes its also possible to rent individual rooms for lets of less than a year. If you're interested, please ask.

Secure car parking, and entry system, a 5 minute walk from train station, 15 minutes walk to University of Glasgow. Walking distance to several supermarkets eg Tesco, Sainsburys and 'Roots and Fruits', an organic shop and Deli, catering well to vegans. Rent includes factor fees but not telephone, television, fuel or council tax. There are no agents' fees, key money or any other hidden extras. Payment of rent is monthly in advance. Deposit of one month's rent is held with an escrow company.
