My flatmate is sadly moving out in mid July and I’m looking for someone to take over her share of the lease.
The flat is situated in Finnieston, a short 10min walk from the University of Glasgow campus (ideal if you’re a student and want to sleep in!) and a 30min walk to the town centre. It is also handy for public transport with bus links, kelvinhall subway and Partick train station nearby. The flat is also very near to Kelvingrove park with lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby! The room available has an en suite bathroom and has access to a shared kitchen, living room, balcony and private parking spaces.
Bills are about £40 on top of rent.
I’m a student going into my second year of my second degree so I’m looking for someone who enjoys a night out and socialising but is also quite chilled. I like cooking, going to the gym and going out, as well as nights in.
I appreciate that with what’s going on with the pandemic people may not feel comfortable viewing the flat in person but I was thinking we could do a virtual one over zoom if you prefer. Give me a shout if you’re interested!
