Currently looking for someone to sublet the 2nd room in my flat from May-July/August. Location is ideal - only a 5 minute walk from Hyndland station.
Complete renovation of the flat was completed in December 2019. There is also permit parking available.
Price includes all bills except council tax (Band D) if that is applicable. I am a student so you would be eligible for a 25% discount if that is the case!
Happy to host viewings or a "video viewing" if that's preferable.
Amenities include gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine and king size bed. Cleanliness is pretty important but besides that I'm pretty chill and am always keen to hang out 😊!
