I’ve have a flat in the west end and I’m looking for a tenant to fill the 2nd room. Available from the beginning of January and just a 30 min walk from the university, the room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bookshelf. The pictures are pretty scarcely furnished but all those things do fit in there!
I’m a musician and work in a studio outwith the flat, so you won’t have to put with loud noises but equally, happy to have musicians move in.
I'm not in too often so you'll have the flat to yourself a fair bit of the time but always happy to have a blether when I am around!
