Nice Partick Flat Room

A bright and nice double bedroom in a shared three bedroom flat. Clean and cosy place with a nice living room and large kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a full tub and electric shower. There is central gas heating and a washing machine in the kitchen. Bills will come to around £45 per person at max including Broadband!

The flat is on the second level of a three-storey apartment building, with a small patio in front of the entrance great for having a smoke or just sitting outside. Very quiet and slow immediate surroundings but just a quick step downhill and you're on Dumbarton Road. The Partick Subway and Rail Station is only a 10min walk at max, plus there are various bus stops nearby. Large shops open til late are also just a quick walk, so it's all very convenient.

We are a recent graduate and a full time student who are currently living in the flat and would love to welcome you! We are Scottish and Swiss having come to live in Glasgow for our studies and the City has kept one of us here even past their graduation. Once we get the chance again, we'll be going out and about continuing to explore Glasgow and it's culture, maybe you'll join in ;)
