Bright, West End Double Room in Friendly Flat

Hello! We are 3 students looking for a fourth flatmate to move in from September in our lovely wee flat in the west end of Glasgow.

Your room has great natural light, is really tastefully decorated and comes with lots of storage - as well as there being loads of space through the rest of the flat to keep your things and make it feel more homely. We’ve got a really lovely landlady who is super reasonable and respectful so you can really make your room your own. Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom (with a bath/shower - added bonus: lovely green tiles).

Location wise, we are in a quiet, family-based area and have good relationships with our neighbours. The flat would suit someone who is chilled out and respectful in keeping the flat a nice space. Fully furnished and we have enough fairy lights to kit out a castle. We are about 5mins from Hyndland train station (great for getting into the city centre) and a 10/15min walk from Partick Subway. Shopping wise you are spoilttttt for choice - Morrisons, Lidl, Sainsbury’s - even an M&S Food Hall if you’re feeling fancy. Also situated just behind a small play-park which offers perfect lounging space to have a coffee and read whilst also filling up your cuteness-quota with toddlers and the resident cats playing around you.

Your flatmates will be Tess (20), Olivia (21) and Amelia (21) - a self proclaimed ‘lovely bunch’. Tess and Amelia are fourth year UofG arts students who spend a lot of time over-analysing life and crying about it together. We counter-act this with a worrying addiction to comedy, garibaldi biscuits and niche tv/film quotes. Olivia is a nursing student at GCU and is an all round ANGEL - guaranteed to make you smile on a grey Glasgow day and also our very own star baker. Expect brownies and showstopper cakes. Genuinely.

As a flat we are very into TV and films and end most days binging something on the projector together. Be prepared to be looped into our strict I’m A Celeb/Strictly/Bake Off viewing routines. We really love hanging out together but totally respect each other’s space and are equally as good at keeping to ourselves when needed.

The rent is £450 a month, plus bills and wifi currently coming in at £33 in total. Please feel free to reach out if you’re interested - we would love to meet you!
