Hi!
My flatmate is moving out to study abroad from August to December and I am looking for a flatmate.

Our flat is located at the top gates of Kelvingrove Park and is half a mile away from Glasgow University. The nearest subway stations, St George’s Cross and Kelvinbridge are both a 10 minute walk from the flat. There is a Sainsbury’s and petrol station down the road. The flat comes with access to a private parking space and a pay as you go public parking directly outside.

The flat is fully furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer. The flat is modern with laminate flooring and a spacious kitchen and lounge area. You will have access to a private master bathroom with a bath. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, bedside tables, and a fitted-wardrobe. The property further benefits from a secure entrance with security cameras and a concierge. The wifi and electricity bills estimated costs are £50, depending on usage.

As students, we are looking for a friendly and clean flatmate. I am happy to answer any questions and provide anymore photos. If you are interested in staying for the full academic year (August to June), this is also a possibility.
