You'll share the bathroom and kitchen with a professional living in the other double bedroom within the ground floor flat, who is lovely, quiet and very friendly.

I (the owner) am a professional who lives in the flat above within the townhouse. I really enjoy living in this part of town myself. I’m looking for a tenant to enjoy living in the space as well as looking after the place - being a considerate housemate and neighbour.

All bills included in the rent (electricity, heating, fibre wifi). Rent also include council tax (i. e. half share of Band D council tax for the flat).

- 1 min walk from the bustling Byres Rd (supermarkets, cafes, restaurants)
- 3 mins from Hillhead subway station (that takes you to the city centre in 10 mins)
