Flatmates are professionals who have busy working lives, but lots of out of work interests also. Its a relaxed, friendly flat which we like to keep clean and tidy and is the perfect west end base for a young professional.
Residents parking permit is available.
Bills are not included in the rental price. Council Tax (Band F) and Gas/electricity/broadband are additional to the advertised price, and the cost is shared between flatmates.
