Double room to rent near Kelvingrove Art Gallery

Hi there,

I am seeking a new flatmate to move in from the 16th of September as my current flatmate is moving home at the end of this lease. The flat is located near Kelvingrove Art Gallery in the Yorkhill area. The room is a double bedroom in a 2 bed flat, fully furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (Note: The desk in the photos is no included). The flat has a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. The cost per month is £425 per person but that includes all bills (Rent £375, Gas/Electricity £35, Wifi £15).

A bit about myself...

I'm a 25 year old student going into my final year of Computer Games Software Development at Glasgow Caledonian University. I love to cook and hang out with pals, my hobby is climbing and I'm probably a bit of a nerd if I'm being honest. The ideal flatmate for me would just be someone clean and sociable but also a bit chill as I need to focus on University as it's my final year. Also another student would be preferred for council tax reasons but not a deal breaker by any means. If all this sounds alright or if you have any questions don't be afraid to get in touch!
