Double room available in Glasgow's West End (Partick G11) approximately 8 minutes walk to Byres Road and 10 minutes to the University.

Flat is located on the top floor (3rd) of a traditional Glasgow tenement building.

Very centrally located and close to Kelvinhall/ Partick subway stations with a large amount of pubs, restaurants and cafe's within easy reach.

Ideally looking for a lodger who is professional but will also consider postgraduate or honours year students.

In term's of amenities, the kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven and fridge freezer. The bathroom has a fairly deep bath with a rainfall style shower. There is BT broadband with a strong signal across the flat.

The flat gets professionally cleaned to a very high standard every two weeks and I keep it tidy in-between.

As for myself, I am a Police Officer, work locally, and currently on a 24/7 shift pattern; In addition to work I am also in my second year of study for a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
