We are looking for a 5th flatmate to replace our lovely flatmate Flo when she leaves us for a PhD in Manchester in September.

We are a friendly and easygoing flat of young professionals who met on Spareroom in 2020, and have become good pals. We like socialising together in and out of the flat, but also have our own space and interests. Will is our latest addition and is a junior doctor, Rufus and Zack are also junior doctors but taking a break from training and Dan works in fraud at Monzo.

The room is a double bedroom in a ground floor tenement flat on Queen Margaret Drive in the West End, close to the Botanic Gardens and Byres Road. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, huge hallway with space for bikes etc, kitchen, a shared back garden and our own patio at the front guarded by two beautiful blossom trees.

North Kelvinside is a lovely little community, just a 10 minute walk to both Hillhead subway station and Big Tesco, with lots of cafes, Brewhaus (the pub from Trainspotting) and North Kelvin Meadows (a community owned wild green space).

Rent is currently £500 per month (likely sadly going up to £550 in September - we are negotiating with landlord) + bills and council tax (£90 total). Deposit is £750 and the room is available from the 11th September. Ideally looking for a working professional and someone to stay the year.
