A main bathroom with bath and shower will be primarily yours (my room has an ensuite).

ABOUT ME
I'm a 32 year old professional, originally from New Zealand but Scotland has been my home for 7 years. I am very active and love climbing, spending time in the mountains whenever I can. I'm often away at weekends so you'll have the flat to yourself at these times.

ABOUT YOU
Ideally you are a young professional who doesn't work from home (as I do - I find it too intense having two people home 24/7). Mature and postgraduate students will be considered.

I would appreciate someone who is independent with previous experience of flat-sharing, quiet, and respects my need for an early night. It is essential that you are tidy and willing to contribute to the cleaning and upkeep of communal spaces, particularly the kitchen as this is where I work.

10 minute walk to the corner of Byres/Great Western Rds, 20 minutes to Glasgow University. Approx 30 minutes along the canal into the city centre. A bus stop with regular services into the city (8 mins) is just outside, and it's less than 15 minutes walk to both Kelvinbridge and Hillhead subway stations.

Tesco Extra is a 9 minute walk away, and there are several smaller Tesco Expresses and corner stores within a 5 minute walk.
