SHORT LET Beautiful Double Room in West End

Hello,

I'm looking to rent out my double room in a lovely West End tenement just off Byres Road over the summer. The room has double glazing (important in Scottish summer) and some plants which would appreciate a watering every now and again! There's a large wardrobe and plenty of space for clothes etc.

The other flatmates are two females (25 year old young professional & 25 year old Masters student) and one male (22 year old young professional). They are absolutely lovely and are ideally looking for someone who would be good company and become a good pal as opposed to someone who just wants a room to live in. We are a vegetarian household so no meat allowed during the duration of the stay I'm afraid!

We have a dog (Fiona, husky/german shepard mix) who is absolutely lovely and very friendly and a bit lazy. Otherwise the neighbours are very friendly and it's an absolutely lovely place to live!

Dates are 23rd of July until 2nd of September (6 weeks max) with some flexibility.

Professionals: If you move in you will be expected to contribute to council tax. We are council tax band D (£1906.44 per year) and so you would have to pay £16 per week when split with the other two professionals.

Students: You would not be expected to pay council tax.
