Double-bedroom available to rent for July and August only. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and chair.

This is a lovely Victorian fully furnished flat in the west end located 2 minutes away from University Avenue. It has 3 double bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, bathroom and reasonably sized communal hallway which we regularly use for hosting friends. There is an electric shower, electric hob and washing machine. There is one parking permit available for anyone who owns a car.

It is situated perfectly for students as it is a 2 minute walk away from University Avenue, Byres road and the subway station.

I am from Perth, and I am currently in my fourth-year of medicine. I am going to be away over the summer so I am looking for someone to live in my room from the 11th of July. I currently live with 2 other girls and they are very lovely to live with. It's a very chill environment and we all try our best to keep the flat clean. After summer, I plan to come back but in the other room.

Rent includes broadband

Gas/electricity/tv license bills range between £25-£50 a month dependent on the time of year.

Lodgers would be required to sign an agreement and give a deposit before they move in. I would love to share with students or young professionals provided they are happy to embrace some aspects of typical student living (occasional mess + unsociable hours) and are able to cover the council tax.
