Council tax is 80 per month and bills vary however are approx 50 per month! It’s located on Queen Margaret drive with great transport links. There is a bus stop outside and the subway station is approx 10 minute walk away. There is a small shared garden. Shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. It is a large double bedroom most of the furniture shown will be staying however some is my flatmates.
