Spare room in Finnieston Flat

Double bedroom vacancy in our lovely west end 3 bed flat right next to kelvingrove park. The flat has a large kitchen and living room, two bathrooms(one with bath, one with shower), and has wonderful views over Kelvingrove Park and the Glasgow Uni building.
About the room: the room is a big double room, the room is furnished(king size bed, desk, wardrobe, bookshelf) but depending on how much storage you need you may need to buy more.
About current flatmates: we are two 26 year olds, Maura and Noah (me). We both enjoy film, reading, going to gigs and doing pub quizes. Maura works at a company that makes satellites and I work from home for an environmental consultant. We are both social people and often have our friends round at the flat, so ideally we would be looking for someone who is keen for meeting new people and happy to socialise too.
Bill's aren't included, all the bills are about £70 each at the moment.
Ideally we are looking for a longer term flatmate, but feel free to message anyway if you are looking for a shorter stay and we will also consider you.
You'll see in the photos that there is some scaffolding up around the building, we are having work done on the roof at the moment, but this should be finishing up by mid June.
