Bedroom in spacious westend flat

*please please no messages if you're either a student or below 25 years old - have had around a hundred messages in two hours from students who we strictly won't reply to*

My flatmates Ned, Sarin and I are looking to fill a room in our flat. Ned works in aerospace, Sarin works in environmental consulting and I work in climate change policy. We are sociable flatmates and are looking for someone that would want to spend time together for flat meals/pub trips.

We work during the week so would be looking for people that would also generally be working and respectful of that. We are clean and tidy. The flat is in a great location, close to Great Western Road but just off so not too loud!
Bills are roughly £50 for gas and electricity during the winter and WiFi is around £10. Council tax is around £50.
