Hi there!

I'm Romy, I manage the flat for my boyfriend's mom who's the landlady, and we have 1 bedroom available from the 26th of November, as the previous tenant is moving out for a new job opportunity :)

About the flat : it's a 3-bedrooms tenement flat in the heart of the west end, just off Byres Road, very spacious and comfortable to live in! Helen, the landlady, keeps it in great condition and is very caring for tenants so that's a plus as well!

The bedroom : At the back of the flat, which means you don't get the street noises, it comes furnished with all the essentials and have a decent size!

The flatshare : You'll be sharing the flat with Ali, who is a 27yo chef working in the west end. He's very chill and out most of the time and Aaron who is an electrical engineer, loves football and sports in general!

The rent is £625 and includes everything but council tax, which is roughly £75 each a month
(Students are welcome to reach out as long as they're happy to share council tax)
