I've got two bed flat in a cat B listed building on Willowbank Street, happy to have someone sensible as a flatmate.
Bills included in the price: Council tax, broadband, electric, gas, tv license, factors fees.
Heating set to kick in at anything below 18 degrees.
Parking available, but will need to apply for a residents parking permit.
The flat is very well located, between Great Western Road and Kelvingrove Park, only 10min walk from Glasgow University and 20/25min walk from the city centre and Byres Road. Bus and tube services nearby.
Open to longer than year long stays, but thought it prudent to cap for now.
A little about me, University of Glasgow Graduate, now work for the civil service, enjoy making things and having the occasional beer.
Recently bought a sailboat... That's where your rent will go. :-/
