I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy in a cozy double room in this 2 bedroom flat. The room comes with a queen size bed, wardrobe, a study table, drawer chest and a small cabinet. The flat has a large shared living room which you will be sharing with me, the most chilled out guy in glasgow according to my last flatmate! Other shared living spaces include kitchen and bathroom.

The flat is half a mile from hill head subway and university of Glasgow
The location is well connected to the city centre by public transport. Theirs is a wee Tesco across the road and lots of great cafes.
I’m from glasgow and work in a record shop and a book store, so you will see lots of books and records in the flat and possibly treat yourself to a pleasant evening reading or listening to records.
Rent would be £495/month and council tax is £90/month each

You’d be sharing with myself - I'm easy going, work part time in a record shop, and part time in a book shop. I go see a ton of live music, socialise a lot, cinema, ride my bike, cook etc. Been in this flat for just over 10 years
