Subletting lovely West End room in April-May

**Please read description carefully: this is only a short-term rental, not a permanent one**

I am looking for someone to take over my room while I am away from Glasgow from mid-April to mid-May. The flat will be available FROM 14 APRIL TO 21 MAY.

The rent is £330 per month, and the total cost including bills and utilities is around £390. This will be adjusted on a pro rata basis depending on the length of your stay.

This would be an ideal place for someone just moving to Glasgow and wanting a home base to look for something permanent, or just someone between flats. The flat is on Byres Road, directly next to Hillhead subway station and a very close walking distance to Glasgow University and shops.

You will be sharing with two very nice, sociable and tidy professionals in their mid-20s, so being on a similar wavelength would be ideal. The flat has a quite spacious kitchen/living room with lots of plants. The room itself has a large walk-in wardrobe/closet area, as well as a double bed and desk. Since it’s pretty high up, there’s lots of sunlight coming into the bedroom in the morning and the living room in the afternoon.
