Small double to share in west end flat with cat

Small double room

Hi, I'm looking to rent the smaller second bedroom in my current rental, to share with me and my cat. New flatmate will have their own bathroom (with shower over bath) and there is a shared kitchen and living room. I am renting through an agency who will require references. Strictly no smoking.
Looking for someone who is cat-friendly and used to living with cats, as she has her own little quirks (as all cats do!), so someone who is happy with a cat who has no respect for personal space! Rent is reflective of the second bedroom being smaller and that I currently use the parking space for the flat (please see below/ask about parking); I will be paying more rent. All bills included, including broadband, council tax, energy, cleaner once a fortnight (bills I will review regularly so you're not overpaying). Professional only for council tax purposes. The flat is 20/25 mins walk to Glasgow Uni, 5 mins from Hyndland Station and 10 mins from Partick Subway. There is plenty of free on street parking if you have a car. There are lots of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby and a few big shops for groceries.
About me: I work outside of the flat Mon-Thurs with weekends and Fridays off; I enjoy going to the gym, parkruns, walking and cooking. I tend to socialise outside of the flat but would be lovely to have a flatmate who enjoys the odd night in and happy to share cooking if that's what you'd like to do! I'm generally quite chatty but quiet when I need to be! It's important to me to keep the flat clean so looking for someone who's used to sharing and happy pulling their weight.
I wouldn't expect you to help out with any aspects of looking after the cat, but would need to be happy that you would be sensible and respectful of her, as she is a very friendly girl who likes to hang out with anyone who is at home!
