My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to share this freshly renovated flat with. It's located in a premium residential area of Glasgow's West End, close to many popular amenities (event venues, shops, parks, restaurants) and only a minute away from Kelvinbridge subway station.

The flat features a living area, a modern bathroom, a fully furnished kitchen with access to the outdoors, two storage rooms and two bedrooms.

The bedroom listed is east-facing and features exceptional views of the private garden, ensuring brightness and a peaceful atmosphere that lasts throughout the day. It boasts a king size bed (with new mattress and bedding), a large chest of drawers and a small bedside stand. A desk can be added but there is also space for a wardrobe (not included) if you need more storage.

As for me, I am a friendly 30 year-old from Italy who moved to Glasgow in 2020. I work (hybrid, a couple of days from home/week) as a designer for a financial firm. Outside work, my interests include music, food and travelling.

I am looking for someone around my age, preferably employed, who is respectful, sociable, clean and tidy. No smokers. No pets allowed.

The monthly rent excludes electricity, gas (roughly £60/mo. each), broadband (250M Virgin Media Fibre £16/mo. each) and council tax (D - £80/mo each).
