Looking for a flatmate to join our friendly and cosy four bedroom tenement flat in Partick. The rent is £375 per person per month, excluding bills which are around £100 p/m. The room is spacious, bright, and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. You would be sharing the flat with 3 flatmates, who are all students or young professionals. Students welcome but will be required to pay council tax unfortunately. We are easy-going, respectful, and tidy, and we like to hang out together.

The flat is in a great location, with plenty of shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants nearby. It is also very convenient for transport, as Partick subway station is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are frequent buses to the city centre and other areas. Glasgow university is also within walking distance, or a short subway ride away.
