Hey folks, I’m looking for a new flatmate who will be available to move in on the 3rd of June. The bedroom is south facing and has unobstructed views so there’s a lot of light that beams into the flat. The room comes fully furnished, with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe, making it an easy move in.

The flat is in a great location close to Byres Road, Hyndland and also Kelvinhall subway for if you want a jaunt into town. The rent is cheap, but don’t let that put you off, the landlord has been helpful to correct or fix things throughout my time here.

Individual monthly bills are roughly:
Council tax - £90
Electric - £40
Gas - £30
WiFi - £15

I’m looking for someone that would like to socialise in the evenings, watch stuff on TV, go for a couple drinks.

I currently work a typical 9-5 and I’ll work from home one day throughout the week.

So far this year I’ve been training for a triathlon which has been keeping me busy but apart from that I enjoy hiking around Scotland’s hills, cooking good food, hanging out with mates and having a laugh.
