Hi! Looking for a friendly, easy going fellow student to take over my amazingly spacious room before the end of June/1st of July.

My flatmate is staying in the flat, and is really chill, and considerate of one's space, but always up for a good time in the pub or a cosy movie night in the flat.

Flat is situated conveniently right next to Byres Road, a literal stone's throw from Glasgow Uni campus (2-5 mins walk depending on how fast you walk), right around the corner from Hillhead Subway (1 min walk), Botanic Gardens (5 mins walk), a variety of shops (Tesco, M&S, Waitrose) and all the amenities of Glasgow west end right at your doorstep!

To give a bit of a summary of the amenities that come with this fully furnished flat:
