Two Rooms to Let in Student Flat with Top Location

We have two rooms to let in a four-bedroom student flat just off Byres Road.

Each room is decently sized and comes fully furnished with a double bed and a desk. The kitchen and bathroom are shared between all four tenants. We also have access to a
communal garden.

The flat is located just off Byres Road and is only a few minutes away from Glasgow University (5 minutes walk to the learning hub, 10 minutes walk to the gym and library).
There is also a bus stop right outside and Hillhead subway around the corner. The rent is £480 per month for each of the rooms and energy bills typically come to roughly
£40 per person per month.

We are looking for someone to move in by the 15th of June and to stay for at least a year. Our landlord requires a £480 deposit and a UK- or EU-based guarantor.

About us: we are two male final-year students looking to replace our flatmates who graduated this year. We are looking for flatmates who are friendly, sociable and clean.
Bonus points if you like being outdoors and going on hikes.
