I’m subletting my room for 3 months from 30 May to 30 Aug.
The room has a double bed, a set of drawers (3), 2 closets and a cloth rack.
Shared living room with a big dining table, 2seat sofa (image only show a part of the living room). Large bright window (not double glazed)

Flatmate is working out all day, very quiet and respectful
You could work at the desk in the living room as shown.
Bathroom has large bright window, a bath with shower.
The flat is located in an ideal location. Please check G3 8RW.
The flat comes with every daily used amenities you just need to move in with your suitcase :)
Internet: £ 18ppm
Electric bill: Depend on how much you’re going to be at home and demand the heaters, flatmate is only coming home to sleep, we pay around £30ppm for the night charge for a winter month and day charge between £60-120ppm. Summer bill for April was only 50ppm.
No council tax.
