Rooms available in Flat on Uni Avenue

Hi all, we are looking for 4 new flatmates to join our 7 bed flat on University Avenue for the 2024-2025 univeristy year. There are currently 2 girls (going into 3rd year) and a boy (going in 2nd year). The flat is self-contained over 2 floors (see floorplan). It’s a great location, with campus just a 5 minute walk away and Kelvinbridge subway station about an 8 minute walk away. We are also really close to lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs in the West End. The rooms are available to move in by early June. Rooms 1, 3, 6 and 7 are free. Room 7 has a shared ensuite shower and bathroom. Ideally we are looking for a group of 4 but of course individuals are also considered. Since there is a large discrepancy between room sizes, I’m sure we can come to an agreement on rent if you wish :). Please contact for more details and for a video of the flat.
