My current flatmate is moving away from Glasgow and I’m looking for somebody to take over his room. It’s a great modern style flat located just 2 minutes from Glasgow Uni and Kelvinbridge Subway as well as Kelvingrove park!
The flat comes with all the basic utilities, microwave, kettle etc and also has a dishwasher and tumble dryer. We also have 250mbs wifi, great for anyone’s needs!
Bills are pretty fair too, mostly between 40-80 each for gas/electric and £16 for wifi. The flat is quite warm especially during summer so we’ve only used the heating a handful of times!
I’m looking for somebody quite chill and relaxed who is willing to contribute to their part of keeping the place clean and respectful. We don’t have a shared living room as it’s my bedroom, however we have had parties/friends over and I’m happy to use the space for it and the kitchen can fit quite a few people!
I’m a 24 year old graduate currently working for Strathclyde uni and usually out working or spending time with friends. When I’m home I usually just watch films and games but always up for a drink etc!
