Kelvingrove House sublet

I'd like to sublet the ensuite in Kelvingrove House, a student apartment in Glasgow, from July to September 2nd. The room is located on the first floor. We can sign the university’s official contract. Safety and payment are guaranteed. The Ensuite has its bathroom and a common kitchen with five other nice housemates. The kitchen is spacious.

The 0th floor of the dormitory has public spaces such as the reception, gym, study room, laundry room, etc. Tesco and Boots are all located downstairs. The Kelvingrove art gallery and museum are visible from the dormitory, which is only 5 minutes away from Kelvingrove Park and the school's main building. It is the apartment closest to the school. It is a 20-25 minute' walk from supermarkets including Lidl, Morrisons, and Waitrose, a 7-10 minutes' walk from the nearest subway station Kelvin Hall, and 15 15-minute' walk from the nearest rail station Exhibition Center. There is a bus stop right outside the door, and transit is convenient.

The lease runs from 2024.7 to 2024.9.2, 199 pounds per week, and you need to be a UofG student (student ID is necessary to transfer contracts). ：)
