Room Available in West End Flat

Hey!

Me and my flatmate have a room available in our new build flat located in Glasgow's west end. The flat has a great location and is within 10 mins walk of Kelvinhall subway and Partick train station.

The flat has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a living room/kitchen area as well as a balcony and a communal patio area. The available bedroom would share a bathroom with 1 other flatmate as there is a room with an ensuite. The balcony gets lots of sun in the evening and is a great place to sit with a book or a glass of wine.

We are a very social flat and there is normally someone around as we work different schedules. Both of us work currently so we will be splitting council tax from July onward. The flat is council tax band C. So we would prefer someone who is also working but are happy to consider students. We keep the flat in a tidy condition, so looking for someone who will do the same. We would also like someone who is fairly social as we often go out for drinks as a flat and enjoy any opportunity for a chat.

The flat has 2 female flatmates aged 22 and 23 so ideally looking for a female in their 20s. Me and my flatmate are keen to meet with people interested, so you can get a better idea of what we are like and you can see the flat properly.
