This is a very friendly house-share composed of a mix of students and working professionals. It is also a convenient 5min walk from Glasgow Uni, Hillhead subway, and byres road.
Rent is £540 a month, without bills.
Council tax band G- currently shared between 3 individuals (£101.88 each).
