Double bedroom in Partick for young professional ☆

Hello !

We have a double bedroom available from the 2nd of July 2024 in a flat in the Thornwood / Partick area!

The flat has 3 double bedrooms (only one available) and a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom and a wee balcony that gets the sun from the morning coffees to the evening drinks (will add a pic when Glasgow graces us with nice weather)! We are a 10-minute walk away from the Partick subway/train station and the big Morrisons/Lidl, close to a few main bus routes (4, 2, 3, 77, etc) and 5min away from the big shops in Crow Rd (Sainsbury's, M&S, Boots, etc)!

You'll be living with Laëtitia (27) and Nikki (25), Laëtitia comes from France and works as a product manager for an Anime company and Nikki is Scottish and works for a refugee charity.

We are looking for a young professional who knows how to live in community, is clean and tidy and takes part in the flat's chores but is also down to hang out and have a nice time. We enjoy our wee chats in the kitchen, cosy movie and chat nights and some evenings with pals!

The rent is 550 (562 with broadband included). The council tax band is C and the charges go between 30-60£ (summer vs winter)/ person!
