Room in lovely wee flat 30ish minute walk to uni

Looking for a flatmate

About the flat: Room in 2 bedroom flat in Kelvindale next to the Kelvin, about a 30 minute walk from Glasgow Uni (main campus). Your share of the rent would be £350/pcm, wifi would be £14.50/pcm, electricity fluctuates month to month, it being winter our last was about £80 each. The flat is generally warm, and we have electric radiators which heat things up fast when needed. Room has built in wardrobe with space for hangers on one side and shelves on the other. Leckie shower in the bathroom but good pressure/temp!

About me: My flatmate is leaving at the end of december after completing their Masters. I am 24, and would describe myself as sociable but also respectful of personal space/time. I am a PhD student and between that and work time can be tight, but I enjoy to knit, and am learning how to sew, I love languages, catching up with friends, art, literature, etc...
About you: Ideally looking for another student due to council tax reasons. Would also be great to live with someone who likes a chat and a glass of wine/ cup of tea/ a wee gallery trip or smth now and again. In short to be both flatmates and friends - something I've been super lucky with up until now.
