Double room to rent

A lovely double room to rent in the St George's Cross area of Glasgow. 5 minute walk to the subway, 30 min walk to University of Glasgow and the city centre. 5 minute walk to Lidl.

The flat is let through a letting agency, who will need to run financial checks in order to be successful, it is a joint, rolling tenancy agreement.
I will be moving out of the flat at the start of July so this would either be a short-term situation or when I move out you find a new tenant to take over my room :)

There is a shared living room space, one bathroom and also secure entry lock to the building.
Bedroom comes unfurnished, the rest of the flat is furnished.

I am a 23 year old female accounting student at the University of Glasgow, my coursework can be a lot sometimes so I often spend time in my own space. I am looking for someone to take over the spare room, who is sociable but also doesn't mind their own company.
