We’re looking for someone to take a double room in our 3 bed flat on Byres Road.
If you don’t know the area, it’s in the heart of the West End with shops, cafes, bars, and everything you need just outside your door.
The flat is on the top floor of a traditional tenement building. There are quite a few stairs, but the upside is great views and you get the last of the evening sun.
Being on Byres Road, there can be some noise (especially on weekends), but the available room faces the back of the building so it stays pretty quiet.
We don’t have any preferences on age or gender just looking for someone easygoing who can move in soon, as our current flatmate is hoping to move out by the end of the month.
