About the flat

Sunny and bright flat situated on the top floor in the West End. It's just a 10 minute walk from Kelvinbridge Subway Station and 15 minutes from Glasgow University.

There is a large kitchen with everything you would need including a dishwasher, washing machine and heated drying rack.

The flat has a small private garden out back and a beautiful communal garden out front with Cherry Blossoms and benches.

I have a pet cat who is very social so you would need to like cats.

About me
I am a 26 year old professional who works from home. I have a desk in the kitchen but it's fine if you need to cook etc while I am working.

I try to get out everyday to go to the gym, dance class and to see my friends.

I like staying in cooking, reading and watching romcoms. I also like going to cafes and long walks. I would also like to do more outdoors things this summer like mountain climbing and wild swimming.

About you
I am only looking for female flatmates. . I would be happy to live with a masters student or a professional.

The most important thing to me is having a warm homely atmosphere and I am looking for someone friendly and kind.

I would like someone who would like to have a coffee with and watch TV with sometimes.

I hope you feel at home in my flat but also try to be tidy.

I am only looking for short term lets. Around 3 months is ideal but I can discuss a bit longer/shorter.
