Glasgow Uni-Quiet and Clean Room-Tramworks

Hi I am Iris. I am planning to have research leave for 3 months, so I would like to sublet my current room to full-time student in Glasgow.
The room is En-suite in a shared flat with the other 4 flatmates. You will have your private toilet in the room. If you are a new-comer student want a free gym membership, love beautiful views, and look for a perfect location to school. You will like my room!

- King size single bed and new mattress
- Heater with the panel controller
- 2 big mirrors, the height is about 170cm.
- a nice desk along side with 6 drawers , long bookshelf
- a big 2 door wardrobe store your clothes, 4 lower-drawers to put your shoes, and 2 upper drawers to store bigger stuff such as duvet.

👌The shared kitchen and living room:
- Dish washer ( very convenient)
- 2 big fridges and 2 freezers
- 4 induction hob/stove with the fan
- Oven for baking
- Microwave
- Toaster
- Hot water cattle
- Vacuum cleaner, bucket, ion
- A dinning table with 3 chairs
- 2 Sofas and a lower table

😻Flatmates:
My flatmates are all easy-going, we will cook and share meals together in the kitchen. We all like hiking, traveling and watch movies and also happy to have people sharing with these similar interests to join our flat.

😄Room:
My room is very tidy and all the facilities are all good. The room is facing to the street so you can enjoy the beautiful pink sunset everyday. As my flatmates are all respected to each other and friendly, we will not party at midnight or make loud noises. The mattress is brand new. The bathroom had bigger space compared to the other student accommodation, shower is with electronic controller so you won’t get burned.

- 7 minutes walk to Exhibition center train station
- 10 minutes walk to Glasgow University main gate
- 15 minutes walk to Partick station
- 15 minutes walk to Kelvinhall metro station
- 4 minutes walk to Kelvingrove park
- 5 minutes walk to Kelvingrove museum and galleries
- The accommodation is in the Westend, and there are up to 5 student accommodations on the same street. Very safe! You won’t be worried about walking alone at night.

✌️Safety & service

- The accommodation reception has 8/24 hours service. Any emergency will have an immediate support.
- Fire drills take place every Tuesday, and there are smoke detectors in your room and kitchen.
- The repairmentt for the equipment is fast as you can report it on the app
